Customer Service Representative
The successful candidate will be a problem solver who can build rapport easily with customers and exceed their expectations with their knowledge and passion. They will have excellent verbal and written social skills, as well as the ability to effectively prioritise and manage their time. The role involves multitasking across systems and applications and resolving a variety of technical issues while comfortably navigating a product environment.
Responsibilities
1. Provide World Class Customer Service.
2. Communicate with customers via phone, email, and chat systems.
3. Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about product, pricing, and availability
4. Manage the sales mailbox and distribute orders/queries to the team based on regions.
5. Work with Internal departments to anticipate and exceed customers' expectations.
6. Processing Sales Orders and associated mailbox management in various platforms
7. Maintain above target levels on KPIs
8. Liaising with and working alongside the ASMs to deliver best-in-class service.
9. Participate in regular product training sessions and complete assessments.
Requirements
* Business fluency in both written and oral English is essential.
* At least 2 years of relevant experience in Customer Service
* Customer-focused with the ability to work well in a structured team environment and with strong initiative.
* Excellent phone etiquette and excellent verbal, written and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to manage multiple tasks, organize and prioritize work.
* Knowledge of or interest in product and technology is desirable but full training will be provided.
