Job Title: Store Manager
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Store Manager to join our Vision Ireland Retail team in Roscrea, Co Tipperary.

Your Key Responsibilities:
* Drive sales and revenue growth in your store by implementing effective visual merchandising standards, recruiting and developing staff, and promoting customer service excellence.
* Manage shop accounting procedures, including banking, till receipts, transactions, and cash handling, ensuring adherence to all relevant policies and procedures.
* Ensure the security and inventory of all equipment and fittings on the shop floor and extended premises.
* Take a lead role in fundraising events and promote the Vision Ireland brand through local channels while maintaining brand standards.
* Responsibly manage health and safety, adhering to statutory obligations and ensuring proper training and maintenance of safety equipment.

Selection Criteria:
* Mandatory: Retail supervisory experience, customer focus, team building and motivational skills, creativity and innovation, integrity and trust, time management, and organisational skills.
* Desirable: Relevant third-level qualification and prior fashion-based retail experience.
