The Director, Program Operations Leader is a strategic role that oversees the management of complex clinical programs in Clinical Trial Management. This individual plays a critical part in ensuring timely delivery of quality operational deliverables and driving decision-making.

To excel in this position, candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree and minimum 12 years relevant industry experience, with at least 8 years within clinical operations. Strong leadership and communication skills are essential, as well as strong problem-solving abilities.
Responsibilities

* Staff recruitment, development, coaching, mentoring, and performance management
The successful candidate will be able to provide operational insight into feasibility, timeline, and cost estimates for studies within a clinical program.
