Sales Planning Specialist Motor Sector Clondalkin, Dublin 22 | Hybrid (1 day WFH) Our client, a well-established and growing business in the motor sector, is seeking a Sales Planning Specialist to join their team in Clondalkin. This is a key operational role supporting sales forecasting, vehicle supply and dealer coordination, working closely with managers and cross-functional teams to ensure smooth and efficient sales operations. The Role As Sales Planning Specialist, you will play an important part in supporting sales strategy, optimising supply and ensuring dealers receive timely, accurate information. Key responsibilities include: Supporting Sales Managers with sales forecasting and planning activities Managing vehicle ordering and coordinating delivery schedules Acting as the primary point of contact for dealers regarding inbound queries Responding to supply and stock-related queries from internal stakeholders Implementing and supporting lean processes to improve efficiency Working closely with sales, marketing, finance and operations teams to ensure alignment Liaising with product teams to understand upcoming releases and their impact on sales planning The Ideal Candidate You will bring: Proven experience in a similar sales planning, forecasting or coordination role Previous hands-on experience with forecasting and planning processes Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally A strategic mindset with a practical, solutions-focused approach High attention to detail and a strong focus on accuracy Experience using CRM systems and sales planning tools Adaptability and comfort working in a fast-paced, changing environment A full, clean driving licence Whats on Offer Salary: €38,000 per annum Company pension 26 days annual leave, with the option to purchase additional days Fully subsidised canteen and gym Very generous staff purchase scheme Hybrid working 1 day per week from home How to Apply For further information please contact: ?? ??
