Job Title: Technical Sales Support (Renewable Energy)
Location: Ireland(Work from home, office, or branch locations)

We are seeking a Technical Sales Support professional to join our team. This role will involve managing inbound inquiries, generating leads, and collaborating with branch networks to fulfill orders. Initially, the role will focus on supporting sales efforts, and with training, it will evolve into a more technical sales position, offering product selection guidance and calculations to installers. The role provides an opportunity to grow within a dynamic, fast-paced industry.
Key Responsibilities:
* Handle inquiries from clients and branch personnel.
* Work closely with branch teams to fulfill customer orders.
* Communicate with product providers and manufacturers.
* Build and maintain relationships with key accounts.
* Participate in ongoing product training and personal development.
Key Requirements:
* 2-3 years of experience in a similar role.
* Ability to generate technical solutions in areas such as PV, EV, Data, Lighting, CCTV, etc.
* A solid understanding of Solar PV and EV Charging products.
* Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
* Team-oriented with experience in collaborating with product providers and manufacturers.
* Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.
* Experience with Dynamics 365 is a plus.
* Full clean driver’s license.
