Job description:
Perform day-to-day preventative and demand maintenance as required.
React to calls from the helpdesk/client ticketing system regarding plant and facilities.
Carry out building checks, readings etc. complete appropriate paperwork of same such as daily, weekly and monthly checklists.
Liaison and co-ordination of external contractors to complete required maintenance activities, Including follow up works.
Hands on role at trouble shooting/fault-finding and maintaining equipment and plant related items
Complete and record work permits, and reporting as required and ensure H&S Standards are adhered to
Ensuring equipment/systems meets the required legal, divisional and corporate standards
BMS monitoring and control.
General plumbing repairs, water management, tea station repairs etc.
Painting and decorating ad hoc/project requests
Ensure tenant areas are maintained according to the schedule.
Stock control of maintenance materials held onsite
Use of CMMS System to receive, understand and sign off work orders
Computer literacy
Requirements:
Third level engineering qualification or trade qualification preferable.
Previous experience in a corporate environment.
Knowledge of operating various ticketing software/CMMS systems
Experience in a similar role, with a working knowledge of plant and equipment such as boilers, chillers, compressors, HVAC, water and sprinkler systems, etc.
Excellent problem-solving skills
Excellent IT skills
Excellent communication and customer service skills
