What You’ll Do
Build and manage a strong pipeline of permanent healthcare candidates.Develop and nurture long-term client relationships, both existing and new.Manage the full recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, interviewing, presenting candidates, and managing offer processes.Actively grow your desk with a focus on quality, service, and sustainable revenue.Work collaboratively with your colleagues to share insights, support each other, and contribute to team performance.Maintain accurate records and uphold compliance standards within the healthcare sector.
What We\’re Looking For
Experience as a Recruitment Consultant OR a background in sales, account management, or customer-facing roles.Strong communication and relationship-building skills.Ambition, resilience, and enthusiasm for growing a market.Ability to work at pace while maintaining accuracy and professionalism.A positive, team-oriented mindset.
