Our organization is currently seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Junior IT Technician
Job Responsibilities:
1. Assist with hardware and software upgrades to ensure seamless system performance.
2. Collaborate on network and telephony system upgrades to optimize communication infrastructure.
3. Maintain and create accurate IT documentation to facilitate knowledge sharing.
4. Support IT infrastructure upgrades to enhance overall efficiency.
5. Collaborate with IT developers to address project needs and deployments.
6. Provide assistance to the IT Manager and Operations Manager as required.
7. Offer end-user support for all desktop, hardware, and software issues.
8. Participate in the deployment of new technologies and systems to drive business growth.
9. Take ownership of unresolved issues and ensure timely resolution.
10. Prepare clear and concise reports on issue status for management review.
11. Update internal software daily, including product structures and prices.
12. Create Excel reports, pivots, and dashboards to improve information flow.
13. Track internal projects and report major deviations to the Operations Manager.
14. Engage in other organizational matters as required.
Requirements:
15. Exceptional written and oral communication skills to effectively interact with colleagues and stakeholders.
16. Excellent word processing skills, proficient with Microsoft Office software (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
17. Exceptional attention to detail to ensure accuracy and quality in work deliverables.
