About the Role
We are seeking a talented Business Development Manager to join our organization. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving broker engagement and developing strategic partnerships in Munster and surrounding regions.
Key Responsibilities:
* Serve as the primary point of contact for brokers in Munster and surrounding areas.
* Develop new broker relationships while nurturing and expanding existing partnerships.
* Drive sales performance across a suite of pension and investment products.
* Provide responsive support and solutions to broker queries and issues.
* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery of services to clients.
Requirements:
* Fulfill QFA qualification is essential; RPA certification is a distinct advantage.
* Proven experience in business development or sales within the financial services industry.
* Strong knowledge of pensions and investment products.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
* Highly motivated by achieving and exceeding targets.
* Detail-oriented with a proactive and positive attitude.
* Competent IT skills and familiarity with CRM tools.
* Full, clean driving license Tax/Vat Background is an advantage.
