Telesales Leadership Role
About the Role
Parkview Provisions is a reputable wholesale food distributor, committed to supplying high-quality products to various sectors. We are seeking an experienced Telesales Manager to lead our telesales team and drive sales performance.
Responsibilities
* Lead and manage the telesales team to achieve sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
* Monitor team performance, provide coaching and strategies to improve productivity and effectiveness.
* Set and track KPIs to ensure alignment with business objectives.
* Implement training for telesales operators to enhance skills and product knowledge.
* Ensure compliance with company policies, including staff-related procedures.
* Collaborate with Business Development Managers to develop and refine telesales strategies.
* Prepare quotes for new business opportunities in conjunction with the Business Development Manager.
* Maintain accurate price files for existing customers.
* Compile and present regular sales reports to senior management.
Requirements
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced individual with the following qualifications:
* Minimum 3 years of experience in a telesales or sales management role.
* Educated to Third Level.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office (including Excel, Word, Outlook etc).
* Strong leadership and team development skills.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
* Commercially astute with a customer-first mindset.
