The Quality Manager is a key role that plays a vital part in ensuring the maintenance and continuous improvement of quality systems.
As a Quality Manager, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining our company's Integrated Management System (IMS).
Working closely with the Safety Manager and other departments, you will ensure that all processes are working and recorded by IMS.
The Quality Manager is also responsible for managing the maintenance of current and future ISO standards.
You will work with the wider Management team to incorporate quality, environmental, and energy management requirements into decision-making processes.
Key responsibilities include preparing and submitting monthly reports, controlling data-gathering processes, and preparing yearly reports.
The Quality Manager will also control the preparation and storage of data, correspondence, and documentation, and initiate the preparation of safety, quality, and design documentation.
Reviews of plans, procedures, RAMs, etc. will also be carried out when required.
Regular management reviews will be conducted, with objectives, targets, and risks measured and updated annually.
Collaboration and teamwork skills are essential for this role, along with excellent leadership skills and time management abilities.
A third-level qualification in civil engineering or equivalent professional qualification is required, as well as minimum 3 years of experience in a quality management role.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and reporting skills are necessary for success in this position.
