Role Overview:
The role of the European Deliverables Coordinator involves overseeing student success, producing high-quality deliverables, managing project finances and ensuring the successful execution of multiple EU projects. Collaboration with partners across Europe is also essential in achieving these goals.
1. Coordinate the delivery of administrative queries related to the Centre in conjunction with the EU Project Manager.
2. Manage finances and budgets including financial analysis and compliance.
3. Oversee the onboarding process for participants enrolled in educational programmes associated with EU projects.
4. Provide regular reports and updates to management regarding financial and operational matters.
5. Collaborate with staff in preparation of administrative components of deliverables.
6. Generate and submit purchase orders for payments and travel reimbursements.
7. Liaise with Finance to produce monthly information/financial breakdowns of non-staff costs for EU-funded and other funded projects.
8. Assist in organizing events such as conferences and plenary meetings.
9. Administer the Centre's research effort reporting and submitting signed timesheets in accordance with guidelines.
