Your New Role
The successful candidate will carry out a variety of maintenance, repair, and general upkeep tasks across multiple commercial sites. This is a hands-on role that requires a practical, can-do attitude and the ability to work independently and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
Perform general maintenance and repair work on commercial buildings (interior and exterior).
Carry out basic carpentry, plumbing, painting, tiling, and minor electrical work.
Respond to maintenance requests and resolve issues promptly.
Conduct regular inspections to identify and address potential problems.
Liaise with the property management team and external contractors where necessary.
Ensure all work is completed safely and to a high standard.
What Skills You Need
3-5 years' experience in a similar general maintenance or handyman role.
Strong all-round maintenance skills across carpentry, plumbing, and general repairs.
Full, clean driving license.
Ability to manage workload and work independently.
Safe Pass and Manual Handling certification an advantage.
