Your Key Responsibilities
">
">
* Participate in design workshops to gain a clear understanding of our clients' industry and business requirements.
">
* Learn about accelerators such as SAP Model Company or EY's Pre-Configured Industry Solutions for potential use as design accelerators on client engagements.
">
* Customize S/4HANA MPM (Market Process Management) functionalities to meet the specific needs of clients, including device management, meter reading & work management, exception management, meter work completion and customer experience.
">
* Lead the design and implementation of S/4HANA MPM, considering best practices and industry standards.
">
* Drive the development and maintenance of the S/4HANA MPM architecture, ensuring scalability, reliability, and flexibility.
">
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, timelines, and resource requirements.
">
* Produce key project deliverables including, design and configuration documentation, functional specs, data migration specs, test scripts, training materials etc.
">
* Share knowledge of best practice within the SAP team and across other firm disciplines, as well as develop other members of the SAP team.
">
* Support the development of the SAP practice, including leading internal team activities, supporting sales activities, and facilitating client events.
">

The Ideal Candidate
">
To excel in this role, you should have:
">
">
* A third-level qualification in Business, Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline.
">
* A minimum of 10 years' experience delivering in SAP IDE/IDEX, with a proven track record of successful implementations and support.
">
* Experience in implementation of S/4HANA Market Process Management and SAP IDE/IDEX solution for utility industry.
">
* Good understanding and experience in SAP ABAP and ABAP on HANA (preferably certification).
">
* Experience with, or demonstrable understanding of, S/4HANA best practice processes, key benefits, and implementation scenarios.
">
* In-depth knowledge of SAP IDE/IDEX and process document of SA/4HANA MPM, including configuration, customization and integration with other SAP modules and external systems.
">
* Strong ability to lead, mentor and motivate teams, adopting a collaborative and supportive approach.
">
* Proven ability to build and leverage relationships with senior-level clients.
