About the Role
Europlan Group is seeking Graduate Civil, Graduate Structural and Graduate Electrical Design Engineers to join our growing engineering teams. This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates to begin their careers in a dynamic, project-driven environment, working alongside experienced engineers on a diverse range of infrastructure and building projects.
You will receive structured training, mentoring, and hands-on experience across design, coordination, and project delivery, with clear opportunities for professional development and progression.
Key Responsibilities
* Support senior engineers in the design and delivery of civil, structural and electrical engineering projects
* Assist in the preparation of design calculations, drawings, specifications, and reports
* Contribute to the development of concept and detailed designs in line with project requirements and standards
* Assist with coordination between disciplines, including civil, electrical, mechanical, and project teams
* Support compliance with health & safety, quality, and regulatory requirements
* Participate in site visits, surveys, and inspections as required
* Assist in responding to technical queries and supporting project documentation
* Use engineering software and tools under guidance and supervision
* Actively engage in training, mentoring, and continuous professional development
What We Are Looking For
Essential
* Bachelor's degree (Level 8 or above) in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering or Electrical Engineering (or closely related discipline)
* Strong interest in engineering design and project delivery
* Good problem-solving and analytical skills
* Strong communication skills and ability to work as part of a team
* Willingness to learn and develop within a professional engineering environment
Desirable
* Relevant placement, internship, or summer work experience
* Familiarity with design software (e.g. AutoCAD, Civil 3D, Revit, ETAP, Dialux, or similar)
* Basic understanding of Irish/UK engineering standards and regulations
* Interest in working towards Chartered Engineer (CEng) status
