The Access to Care Team plays a vital role in ensuring seamless patient care at UPMC Kildare Hospital. As an integral part of this team, the successful candidate will be responsible for managing admissions and communication effectively.
* Ensure timely admission of patients onto the iSOFT system and allocate them to the correct bed/bay.
* Maintain open communication with nurses-in-charge on a daily basis.
