Quality Administrator
Reporting to: Site Quality Manager
Location: Station Road, Tipperary

Overview:
The Quality Administrator purpose is to/will be responsible for ensuring the safe release of finished product in compliance with relevant customer specifications, dealing with all customer queries and in the assistance in the maintenance of the Food Safety and Quality System. This is a customer facing role.
This role will ideally suit candidates who have previously worked in a Laboratory or Quality role.
Responsibilities:
Responsibilities associated with this role include, but are not limited to the following:
* Issuing Certificates of Analysis for finished product to customers. This includes Certificates of Origin, Halal certification or any other documents required by customers.
* Completion of Customer Questionnaires.
* Responding to customer requests for any type of documentation.
* Ownership of the Approved Supplier Programme to ensure that all requirements of the Quality System are being met.
* Completion of GMP audits as per schedule.
* Assist the Quality Team as required.
* Oversee Grassfed Compliance.
* Product Grading as required.
* Assist in the preparation for all on site audits.
Requirements:
The ideal candidate must possess the following:
* 1-2 years' experience in a Laboratory or Quality role with a scientific qualification.
* Understanding of scientific language in relation to Microbiological and Chemical test names.
* Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word is essential.
* Attention to Detail.
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage documentation effectively.
* Excellent communication skills to liaise with customers, suppliers and internal teams.
* Familiarity with Food Safety & Quality Systems
