7. Manage revenue targets for the leisure department.

8. Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.

9. Monitor and control costs, ensuring efficiency and profitability.

10. Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of services.

11. Lead by example, demonstrating a commitment to excellence and customer-centric approach.

Requirements

34. Previous experience in managing a leisure or fitness facility (ideally within a hotel or health club).
\
35. Swim Teacher Certificate - essential.
\
36. Lifeguard Certificate - essential.
\
37. Fitness Instructor qualification - essential.
\
38. Proven leadership and team management skills.
\
39. Strong customer service and communication abilities.
\
40. Knowledge of health & safety regulations, particularly in aquatic environments.

41. Must be living in Ireland and have the right to work in the Republic of Ireland.
