Reporting to the Rooms Division Manager, the Assistant Revenue Manager will assist in driving the revenue strategy to maximise revenue and market share for the hotel.

Your Job
* Work closely with the Rooms Division Manager and execute the rooms strategy for the Hotel.
* Monitor the Hotel rates strategy and maximise opportunity.
* Achieve monthly budget targets and ensure profitability.
* Work with other hotels in the Dalata Hotel Group to support group revenue strategy.
* Develop new business and new revenue streams.
Requirements
* Proven ability to meet and exceed targets.
* Business Development experience.
* Experience in using the OPERA system
* Experience with IDEAS Revenue Management System is preferred.
What You Will Need
* Minimum of 3 years' experience working in a similar position
* Previous experience within hotels or a customer service environment
* Excellent organisation and planning skills
* Effective communicator
* Strong leadership skills
* Be commercially aware with strong analytical skills, be able to understand key business indicators and competitive trends.
* Sales focused and results driven
* Knowledge of the Galway market essential
