Job Title:
A highly skilled Practice Manager is required to lead our dental practice with vision, drive and exceptional leadership abilities.
About the Role:
The successful candidate will oversee the smooth and effective running of the practice, ensuring high standards of patient care, regulatory compliance, and operational excellence. This key leadership role requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work collaboratively across all levels of the organization and group. You will be responsible for managing administrative systems, supporting team performance, and driving continuous improvements.
Key Responsibilities:
* Operations: Ensure optimal clinic productivity by overseeing the patient journey and ensuring the reception team is effectively managing the appointment book.
* Staff Management: Manage all HR issues, including induction, training and performance evaluations, while ensuring staff are aligned with our values and culture of the practice.
* Clinical and Administrative Staff Rosters: Maintain clinical and administrative staff rosters, annual leave, sick leave, and resourcing to ensure the clinic is fully staffed at optimal levels at all times.
Fulfilling the Requirements:
You must have a bachelors degree in management, business administration, or a related field, and a minimum of 3 years of experience in management. Strong communication and interpersonal abilities, as well as strong leadership and team management skills, are essential for this role. Flexibility may be offered depending on the candidate's experience and practice needs. Your availability to the team outside of your onsite hours may be required as circumstances dictate.
