This team is driving innovation in sensor technologies that power smarter, more connected devices across a wide range of applications.This is a great opportunity to join a highly collaborative engineering group working on complex ASIC developments, working onsite in Cork.The RoleYou will play a key role in the verification of advanced sensor algorithms and ASIC designs, contributing across the full verification lifecycle in a fast‑paced, technology‑driven environment.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and deploy industry‑leading verification methodologies including UVM and formal verificationBuild and maintain reusable verification environments (UVCs, testbenches, C models)Verify RTL for sensor algorithms to tapeout qualityCreate detailed test plans in collaboration with design and systems teamsIntegrate C models within UVM frameworksWrite SystemVerilog assertions and perform coverage‑driven verificationDebug and analyse test failures, ensuring bit‑accurate validation against test vectorsAnalyse coverage and work closely with design teams to close gapsSupport regression frameworks and debug regression failuresContribute to subsystem‑level integration, including test planning and debugDevelop Python automation to improve workflows and efficiencyParticipate in design and project reviewsWhat they're looking for:BSc in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field8+ years’ experience in ASIC verification or UVM‑based functional verificationStrong expertise in SystemVerilog, UVM, and RTL simulationExperience with constrained‑random and coverage‑driven verification methodologiesStrong debugging skills and experience achieving coverage closureScripting experience with Python, Perl, or shellFamiliarity with C/C++Nice to have skills:Formal verification tools such as Jasper or VC FormalSystemC or MATLAB experienceGate‑level simulation and power analysis exposureWhat's in it for you?State‑of‑the‑art office in CorkStrong focus on work‑life balance, including flexible remote working optionsOpportunity to work on cutting‑edge sensor technologiesCollaborative and innovation‑driven engineering cultureExcellent base, bonus and equity on offerBy applying to this role you understand that we may collect your personal data and store and process it on our systems.
