Digital Learning Specialist (AI Literacy)
As a Digital Learning Specialist, you'll play a key role in bringing our AI learning roadmap to life, helping colleagues across the business build confidence, curiosity, and capability in using artificial intelligence responsibly and creatively.
Working closely with members of the Learning & Development team and a range of stakeholders across our brands, you'll be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering high-quality digital learning experiences that support both our core learning strategy and the evolution of our AI curriculum.
You'll take ownership of our digital learning ecosystem - from curating and creating engaging content to evaluating its impact on performance and capability. With a blend of creativity, curiosity, and technical skill, you'll champion digital learning best practices and emerging technologies to ensure our people have access to engaging, future-ready learning opportunities.
This role sits at in the middle of learning design, and innovation, and will play a critical part in shaping how we integrate AI literacy across our learning offering. It is a 12 month fixed term contract.
What you'll do:
* Consult with a variety of internal stakeholders to develop digital learning assets that positively impact business performance.
* Build and manage strong working relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners.
* Create engaging, high-impact digital learning assets that builds core and emerging skills, particularly in the use of AI.
* Partner with internal AI and automation teams to curate and develop learning pathways, toolkits, and micro-learning assets that upskill colleagues in AI fundamentals, responsible AI, and practical workplace applications.
* Ensure our portfolio of digital learning assets is current, relevant, and aligned to business priorities with a particular focus on future-skills readiness and AI capability.
* Define success metrics, gather user feedback, and analyse data to continuously improve engagement and learning effectiveness.
* Stay ahead of market trends and innovations in digital and AI-enhanced learning; bring fresh thinking and experimentation to how we design, deliver, and promote learning.
* Support the wider L&D and business community by sharing tools, templates, and resources that empower others to design and deliver great digital learning.
* Plan, scope, and deliver multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timelines, quality standards, and budgets are met.
How you'll do it:
* Proven experience in digital learning design and development, including use of e-learning authoring tools (e.g., Articulate 360, Rise, Storyline, H5P) and LMS/LXP platforms.
* Experience supporting AI literacy or emerging technology learning initiatives is a strong advantage.
* Demonstrated ability to translate complex concepts into clear, accessible, and engaging digital learning experiences.
* Solid understanding of learning experience design (LxD), user-centred design, accessibility, and digital learning trends.
* Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
* Strong communication, contracting and negotiation skills and a good ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
* Track record of contributing to successful teams and of building teams capable of sustaining high performance over time.
