Title:Fulfillment Operations DirectorLocation:Dublin South & UK (multi-site role)Package:€Neg+ 20% Bonus + Pension & HealthcareType:Full-time, permanent, site-based with travelA fast-growing eCommerce Order Fulfillment provider, is seeking an experienced Operations Director to lead and scale its multi-site logistics operations across Dublin and the UK.
Reporting directly to the CEO, this executive role offers the opportunity to shape the operations function during a high-growth phase, with the company on track to double its revenue in two years.
Key Responsibilities: Oversee day-to-day operations across two fulfilment centres (50,000 sq ft).
Develop and execute strategies for growth, expansion, and process improvement.
Manage budgets, drive cost efficiencies, and ensure operational KPIs are met.
Lead and develop high-performing teams, fostering a culture of excellence.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and industry standards.
Collaborate cross-functionally to align operations with business objectives.
Qualifications: 8+ years in operations management, with 3–5 years in senior leadership roles.
Proven track record in scaling operations in high-growth environments, ideally in 3PL or eCommerce fulfilment.
Strong strategic, analytical, and financial acumen.
Exceptional leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Familiarity with warehouse management systems and process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma).
