Facilities Operations Manager
This position is responsible for the daily management of facilities soft-services on-site, ensuring all services meet regulatory requirements and maintain high standards.
* The successful candidate will be accountable for maintaining regular contact with contracts managers to discuss key decisions and provide feedback on incidents.
* In addition, they will coordinate all contractors working under the company's scope, including GMP and non-GMP areas, to ensure seamless service delivery.
* The ideal candidate will also oversee PMs and Work Orders, ensuring timely completion in a safe and effective manner.
* Furthermore, they will evaluate contractor performance and identify critical work activities to improve overall service levels.
* Effective communication with customers is crucial for this role, as well as providing technical support and managing service expectations.
Applicants should have 3-5 years' experience in building services or contractor coordination, excellent interpersonal skills, and a customer-focused approach. This individual must be able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize effectively to deliver results under pressure.
