About The Role
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver the highest quality in the pastry section, ensuring exceptional attention to detail.
* Follow Glover's Alley standards for preparation, recipes, and presentation.
* Maintain consistency in seasoning, portioning, and appearance of dishes.
* Prepare mise en place efficiently and proactively for the day ahead.
* Bring creativity and new ideas to menu development.
* Foster strong communication and collaboration with the kitchen and front-of-house teams.
* Work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
* Comply with all health and safety regulations, including HACCP.
What We're Looking For
* Previous pastry experience, preferably in a fine dining or Michelin-starred environment.
* Strong organisational skills and flexibility.
* Impeccable standards and attention to detail.
* Passion for pastry and a desire to innovate.
* Ability to work as part of a team and contribute ideas.
