The Job
You won't be sitting behind a desk. You'll be on the factory floor, turning raw briar into something beautiful and functional, just like it's been done for generations. Sandblasting, staining, polishing, buffing—this is real, physical work. And it's not just about getting the job done. It's about doing it right.
What You'll Be Doing:
* Sandblast, stain, sand, buff, and polish briar pipe bowls. Get your hands into it.
* Work hard alongside a tight-knit team of craftsmen who take pride in what they do.
* Keep the place clean and safe—because this isn't just about building pipes, it's about building a legacy.
What We Need From You:
* Experience: You've worked in a manufacturing environment or have sandblasting experience—this isn't your first rodeo.
* Skills: You know your way around light machinery (lathe, milling machine, drill press) or can handle some serious handwork.
* Attitude: Efficiency and accuracy matter, but above all, you've got a hunger for perfection. You're all about getting it right, no shortcuts.
* Drive: You're not afraid to get your hands dirty and put in the work.
Bonus Points If You've Got:
* Any knowledge of briar pipes or Peterson's history.
* Some experience with machine repair (because who doesn't like fixing things?)
