Key Responsibilities Arranging and carrying out viewings for properties that Savills are managing Preparation of marketing material, data sites and liaising with clients on this Actively pursuing leads to try to achieve lettings/sales of commercial property Prepare high quality qualitative quantitative reports as required by clients and the department Directors in a punctual manner.
Ensure client reports are prepared to the correct specifications and issued to clients in accordance with agreed timescales.
Be part of a team to devise and execute leasing strategies for key clients.
Respond quickly to client requirements.
Analyse ever-evolving market data and interpret market trends for clients.
Assist senior staff members in handling instructions and accounts.
Be adaptable and above all keen and enthusiastic to drive the business forward.
Be confident and motivated to take on responsibility for day-to-day management of certain clients.
Manage the transition of clients and properties.
Identify and progress new work opportunities.
Become recognised as an industry expert and Savills ambassador and take part in relevant industry conferences and promote the brand via the delivery of seminars at universities and institutions.
Skills, Knowledge and Experience Property Services Regulatory Authority (PSRA) license.
Ideally a Chartered Surveyor (SCSI / RICS) or within 12 months of sitting for the APC with a minimum of 2 years experience.
Personal drive, determination to progress within the company.
A willingness to challenge the status quo and inspire those around them to improve.
A willingness to develop your personal and business profile as a market leading expert through press, media and other channels and adopting the principles of "thought leadership" in enhancing your position in the wider property market.
Excellent verbal communication and good report writing skills is a must.
Technically competent and numerate with a thorough knowledge and appreciation of key issues influencing the market.
Highly pro-active and ambitious with a desire to provide the best professional advice and service in the Munster market.
Hold a strong commercial acumen and a proven ability to communicate effectively at all levels.
A full valid driver's license and use of own car is essential.
