Your new role includes
Leading and helping other team members in the production department to ensure production targets are met.
Working across all areas of the meat processing plant.
Performing daily visual inspections, quality checks as defined by departmental procedures and instructions.
Compiling documentation and adhering to food safety standards.
Making sure machines are working and organizing tasks like making, packing, and sorting products.
Solving any problems or disagreements in the team and monitoring staff members' work.
Experience you need
Previous experience in a managerial/team lead role, ideally with in-cold room environments.
Strong knowledge of food safety and quality regulations preferable.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to stick to deadlines.
