Key responsibilities
* Management Committee: Report on the Operations Function, act as Secretary and manage deliverables.
* Risk & Compliance Committee: Report on the Operations Function and attendee
* Board: Report on the Operations Function in person
* Maintain and effectively implement Key Policies, Procedures and other Documents assigned to the Role
* Bank Payment approver
* Implement the business strategy for the operations area of the business
* Ensure that controls, monitoring and reporting are properly implemented in the operations area of the business
* Ensure that Consumer Risk is adequately addressed when discharging duties relating to this role
* Responsibility for the management of client asset operation processes and procedures within the Operations function
Other Responsibilities
* Accountable and responsible for managing risks, including regulatory Compliance risks, in their area
* Active management and reporting of risk events/incidents (including Client Asset risks, if applicable) and associated metrics
* Reporting on risks and the outcome of Risk Control Self Assessments in their area to relevant Committees and the Board
