New Role: IT Support Engineer, permanent role in Cork (hybrid working plus to visit client sites)
Permanent role, laptop, mobile phone are provided.
Driving license and access to own vehicle would be needed!
We are looking for an experienced Helpdesk / IT Support Engineer to ensure that relevant support is provided to clients and projects are delivered in a timely manner.
You will be responsible for managing the technical infrastructure of all clients' hardware, including servers, computers, laptops, and maintaining MS 365, Virtual environments, switches, routers, firewalls, and mobile devices.
Skills:
* 3rd level Education or an equivalent in IT / Computer Science
* Some experience within IT sector in similar infrastructure-related customer-oriented roles
* Experience with Active Directory and Group Policy
* Experience with MS Office 365
* Knowledge of firewalls, routers, switches, and remote access servers
* A full driving license
* Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
* Ability to work in a team and on own initiative
* Excellent communication skills
