We are seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee and direct all aspects of our fine dining operation. The successful candidate will be responsible for meeting revenue and cost targets, ensuring high standards of service quality, and developing programmes to increase sales.

* Proven experience as a restaurant manager
* Previous experience in a similar position, ideally in a luxury 5* Hotel or Rosette/Michelin establishment
* At least 5 years' experience working in F&B including management level experience
* Degree or Diploma in Catering or Hotel and Tourism Management
* Good knowledge of food & wine
* Experience in staff training and development
* Financially aware
* Computer literate (Word, Outlook and Database knowledge)
* Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
