Job Purpose
We have an exciting opportunity for a friendly and outgoing individual to join our team. This role will focus on providing excellent receptionist/front-of-house services, together with performing key administrative tasks within the Customer Care team. This position plays a crucial part in the overall customer experience as they will be the first point of contact for dealing with many of our customers.
The candidate must have a positive, empathetic and professional attitude to customers at all times. In addition, they must have strong interpersonal skills and take personal pride and job satisfaction in responding accurately and efficiently to callers, always ensuring our customers enjoy a positive experience with Drivalia. This role is suited to someone who can prioritise and multitask, along with excellent time management
Key Responsibilities
* Provide a high-quality customer service, dealing with telephone calls and visitors in a courteous, professional and efficient manner
* Assisting with Database management as and when required - such as creating new drivers, driver allocations, cost centre and department updates
* Circulating incoming post to all staff and arrange for outgoing post to be sent daily such as, CVRT & tax discs
* Responsible for Fines Process and Vehicle Licensing Certificate management
* To undertake a range of administrative activities, requiring use of in-house IT systems
* Distribution of Drivalia branding to suppliers nationwide
* Stationery and office supplies management
Key Requirements
* Previous experience as an Administrator / Receptionist desirable
* Ability to work on a variety of tasks concurrently, effectively and to deadlines
* Ability to prioritise important tasks and manage time effectively
* Highly professional, well presented, and welcoming manner
* Interpersonal skills to communicate optimally with telephone callers, visitors, and staff
* Flexible and adaptable approach to work with a positive attitude
* Communicate and work well with others and as part of a team
* IT and telephone skills – call management, typing, working knowledge of MS Office
