The Role:
Manage and service an established portfolio of clients across pensions, protection, investments and retirement planning
Conduct regular financial reviews and maintain strong long-term client relationships
Provide holistic financial advice tailored to each client's individual needs and objectives
Ensure all client files and advice processes remain fully compliant with Central Bank of Ireland regulations and internal policies
Maintain accurate records and documentation in line with compliance standards
Generate new business opportunities through networking, referrals and relationship building
Contribute towards business growth targets while maintaining excellent client service standards
Stay informed on market developments, products and industry changes to deliver best-in-class advice
Work closely with experienced advisors, administrators and compliance professionals within the business
The Person:
Full QFA qualification is essential
Approximately 4+ years' experience within the Irish life, pensions and investments market
Strong knowledge of pensions, investments, protection and wealth management products
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Client-focused approach with strong attention to detail
Good understanding of regulatory and compliance requirements within financial services
Comfortable using CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications
Full driving licence and own transport required
