What You Need: Qualifications/Requirements Minimum QQI Level 5 in Healthcare Support (all 8 modules completed) Minimum of 6 months' experience working in a healthcare environment Experience of working with people with an Intellectual Disability advantageous.
Must hold a full clean driving license and willing to drive company vehicles.
Flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings, weekends, sleepovers/nights on a relief basis based on the needs of the service.
Have the legal right to work in Ireland and currently hold valid work authorisation for Ireland Proficient in both oral and written English language Availability to attend paid training days when required Key Responsibilities and Personal Attributes Facilitate and implement a person-centered approach for individuals we support across our services, tailored to their unique wishes and goals.

Conduct risk assessments and implement appropriate measures to ensure the safety and security of individuals we support.
Employ alternative communication methods as needed to facilitate effective communication with individuals.
Demonstrate excellent organisation and communication skills, along with proficiency in IT and report writing.
Possess knowledge of HIQA regulations and standards.
Handle confidential information discreetly and responsibly, maintaining confidentiality at all times.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Compassionate and patient demeanour.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
Understanding of and commitment to maintaining the dignity and rights of individuals with intellectual disabilities.
Knowledge of relevant legislation and regulations pertaining to the care of individuals with disabilities.
