The Secretary will be responsible for a broad range of duties including managing incoming correspondence, scheduling meetings and appointments, preparing and formatting documents, and maintaining confidential files and records.
Key Responsibilities:

* Manage incoming correspondence including emails, post, and phone calls.

* Schedule meetings, appointments, and maintain calendars.

* Prepare, format, and proofread letters, reports, and other documentation.

* Maintain and organise confidential files and records in accordance with company policies.

* Liaise with clients, suppliers, and external stakeholders professionally.

* Assist with invoice processing, expense tracking, and basic bookkeeping tasks.

* Support the coordination of internal meetings, including preparing agendas and taking minutes.

* Monitor office supplies and manage inventory levels.

Required Qualifications and Skills:

* Minimum of 2 years' experience in a services environment.

* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).

* Proficient touch-typing skills with a high level of accuracy and speed is essential.
