Come and join our team, Group Applications, in Atlas Copco Group IT!RoleAs Product Owner, your primary responsibility is to deliver and maintain Treasury IT applications, namely Trax, Quantum, and Multibank, in line with Atlas Copco’s business needs while safeguarding system and data integrity. You also act as the technical subject matter expert for the Treasury applications, ensuring their compliant operation and ongoing stability. You may lead a highly motivated virtual, cross‑regional team, delivering quality services for our internal customers. Your team will be a combination of internally assigned personnel and external service providers.ResponsibilitiesStrategy – Responsible for product portfolio positioning (vision, architecture, roadmap)Align with business stakeholders in setting priorities and driving product projectsDevelop and maintain product and technology roadmapEstablish product governance structureCreate Service Operating Model and define KPIsDevelop communication strategySolution Financial ManagementDemand to DeliveryWork closely with regional teams and business stakeholders to identify, evaluate and align core business needsPrioritize development requests and ensure quality deliveryDefine technical aspects, plan resources, and create exit criteria of POC/MVPMonitor testing, plan product launch and ensure robust go‑to‑production procedurePrepare for Service Readiness: unit price, charge model, governance body, documentationOperationDesign and implement product support process, including documentation and procedures for 1st, 2nd and 3rd level supportOversee supplier management and delivery quality of the Managed ServicesDrive product adoption with support of regional delivery teamMonitor and improve product performance (incidents, requests, usability, CSI, etc.)Improve customer experiences to enhance productivitySupervise change management and release management; lead rollout of the product and new functionsDrive marketing, training and communication initiatives; manage business key users’ communityEnsure product compliance including access management, technical debt, and adherence to local regulationsPerform cost analysis and financial control with Business Control's supportImplement Productized Way of Working under guidance of Architecture & Innovation teamQualifications5+ years of experience in IS/IT applications support and management in Treasury domain (finance domain is acceptable)Experience with Treasury processes and applications in a large, complex, multi‑location organizationExperience with IT best practice / ITIL; ITIL certification desiredProven Project Management and business analysis capabilitiesTechnical SkillsTreasury Systems Expertise – In‑depth knowledge of Treasury Management Systems (TMS), particularly:Trax: Centralized payment processing and approval workflows, fraud prevention and risk controls, including rule‑based checks and alerts, auditability, segregation of duties, multi‑level approvals, and access controlsQuantum: Understanding of internal FX, loans, deposits, cashflow forecasting, in‑house bank settlements, and month‑end reportingMultibank: Experience in configuring data, conducting testing with banks, and managing bank channel integrationsSWIFT InfrastructureSystem AdministrationAdmin‑level experience with Trax, Quantum, Multibank – Managing access rights, compliance, and change/release processesCompliance & Audit Readiness – Familiarity with audit principles such as the 4‑eyes principle.
