Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Client Services Executive, located in Dunboyne with the flexibility to work from home. The Client Services Executive will manage client accounts, foster strong client relationships, and ensure the delivery of exceptional service. Day-to-day tasks include liaising with clients, addressing inquiries to ensure satisfaction, supporting business relationships, and delivering insights through data analysis to optimise client outcomes.
Qualifications
* Strong skills in Client Services, Client Relations, and maintaining Customer Satisfaction
* Proficiency in Business Relationship Management and fostering long-term professional partnerships
* Demonstrated Analytical Skills for assessing client needs and developing data-informed solutions
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to thrive in both in-office and remote settings
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field is preferred
* Experience in the financial services sector is an advantage, with knowledge in the areas of Mortgages, Protection, Pensions, and Investments
