Description and Responsibilities:
Our Food, Safety & Quality Intern will be assigned to one of our FSQ teams based at our Carrigaline site. As part of these teams, you will carry out the following tasks:
* Support quality and food safety projects across the site.
* Assist in tracking and trending key performance indicators (KPIs) related to product quality and safety.
* Participate in internal audits and inspections, helping to document findings and follow-up actions.
* Help develop and maintain product specifications, sampling plans, and control systems.
* Contribute to live quality and safety initiatives, including risk assessments and system updates.
* Assist in any ad hoc duties or projects that may arise within the FSQ team

What we are Looking for:
* Studying Chemistry, Food Science, Food Safety, Quality Assurance, or related degree and on track for a 2:1 degree classification
* Results-Oriented
* Motivated self-starter with the determination and drive to succeed.
* Strong ability to work well in a team and work independently.
* Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office – Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, Teams
* Good organisational, time management & communication skills.
