We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented
Part-Time Administrative Assistant / Accounts Administrator
to support the smooth running of our clients office and basic finance functions. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys a varied position combining general administration with accounting support.
Key Responsibilities
* General office administration and day-to-day support
* Answering emails and phone calls in a professional manner
* Managing calendars, appointments, and meetings
* Maintaining filing systems (digital and/or paper)
* Data entry and record keeping
* Assisting with reports and correspondence
* Processing invoices (sales and purchase invoices)
* Assisting with accounts payable and receivable
* Reconciling bank statements and expense claims
* Supporting payroll preparation (where required)
* Liaising with external accountants or bookkeepers
* Maintaining accurate financial records
Skills & Experience
* Previous experience in an administrative and/or accounts role
* Basic understanding of bookkeeping or accounts processes
* Strong organisational and time-management skills
* High level of accuracy and attention to detail
* Confident using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
* Experience with accounting software
* Ability to work independently and manage priorities
