Talent Acquisition Specialist
As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will play a critical role in identifying and attracting high-caliber candidates to support business growth.
The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, be proactive, and have a strong ability to work collaboratively with internal stakeholders. The ideal candidate will be able to source and engage top talent, negotiate salaries, and provide a world-class candidate experience from initial outreach through to onboarding.
Responsibilities:
* Strategic Sourcing Partnership: Collaborate with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and define tailored sourcing strategies.
* Proactive Talent Sourcing: Use advanced search techniques, such as Boolean logic, data mining, and targeted outreach, to identify and engage passive talent.
* Market Intelligence: Conduct market mapping and competitor analysis to provide insights into talent availability, compensation trends, and location strategies.
* Candidate Experience: Serve as a brand ambassador and ensure a high-quality candidate experience from initial outreach through to onboarding.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* A Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
* Minimum of 4 years of relevant talent acquisition experience, or advanced degree with a minimum of 2 years relevant experience.
* Experience sourcing and recruiting roles within highly regulated industries.
* Proven ability to work as part of a team.
