We are seeking a proactive and experienced Health & Safety Professional to join our team. This role will involve overseeing health, safety, and facilities maintenance across commercial and residential construction projects.
The successful candidate will serve as the company's First Aider and Fire Warden, ensuring a safe and compliant workplace for all employees.
Key Responsibilities:
* Ensure adherence to Irish health & safety legislation, building regulations, and company policies.
* Conduct site inspections, hazard identification, and risk assessments for commercial and residential projects.
* Deliver toolbox talks, inductions, and safety training sessions to site staff and contractors.
* Investigate accidents,near misses,and unsafe practices preparing reports recommending corrective actions.
