Seeking a highly organised, experienced administrator with hands-on expertise in systems management, finance, and AML compliance to support efficient office operations within a regulated professional services environment. Legal office experience is not required but will be considered an advantage for this role(indeed).Key Responsibilities:Implement and manage digital case management systems, ensuring secure, efficient workflows and staff trainingOversee the billing process: invoice preparation, payment monitoring, and debtor/creditor management with financial reconciliationManage the full file lifecycle—opening, compliance checking, progress tracking, and completion/archiving for all files, following strict regulatory standardsArchive and maintain digital and physical records, supporting audit trails, GDPR, and regulatory requirementsConduct AML checks: due diligence, risk assessment, source of funds verification, and regulatory reporting for client onboarding and periodic reviewSupport and train colleagues in system, billing, file management, and AML processesAssist with audit preparation, internal compliance reviews, and the submission of regulatory documents when neededRequired Skills and Experience:Minimum 3 years' relevant experience in office administration, management, or financeProficiency with case management and finance softwareStrong attention to detail, time management, and multitasking abilitiesLegal office experience not required, but preferredJob Types: Full-time, Part-timePay: €30,000.00-€57,000.00 per yearBenefits:FlexitimeWork Location: Hybrid remote in Dublin 16, CO.
