The role involves the day-to-day management of catering services including meal planning, purchasing, preparation and presentation. As part of this process you will be expected to lead by example when it comes to maintaining high standards within your team.
You should possess excellent communication skills both verbally and written, as well as strong interpersonal skills which enable building rapport effectively at all levels
Fundamental Skills & Qualifications Required
* A recognised culinary or hospitality related qualification (or equivalent)
* Gained knowledge through past work history supporting leadership roles successfully contributing towards improved outcomes within teams
