A leading provider in the employee benefits and pensions space is seeking an experienced Corporate Market Lead to join their high-performing team.
This is a senior leadership role suited to someone with deep industry expertise in corporate pensions and group risk solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and manage a team of Employer Sales Managers to drive growth in the corporate market.
* Develop new business opportunities across pensions (Master Trust), group risk (life & income protection), and retail products.
* Provide strategic input and leadership to enhance market presence and client engagement.
* Understand employer challenges and deliver tailored, value-led benefit solutions.
* Work closely with internal stakeholders including CRM, product, operations, and investment teams to deliver an outstanding service.
Key Requirements:
* Proven leadership experience with strategic sales acumen.
* 10+ years of experience in the corporate pensions and group risk space.
* Strong influencing skills, commercial awareness, and resilience.
* Deep knowledge of the Irish corporate benefits landscape.
* Relevant third-level and industry qualifications essential (QFA or equivalent).
