IBrow was established in 2014 as the first original Brow Bar in Cork. We are looking for a Front of House Salon Coordinator who can fit within our culture, organised and wants to grow within the company. This person should be open minded, conscientious with a passion for working with people.

Hours - 26/28hours a week. This would be a Monday, Wednesday and Thursday position with the expectation of flexibility around annual leave.

Main objectives of the Salon Coordinator;
* To provide and ensure 5 star service at all times.
* Ensure efficient and timely service for all clients.
* Ensure day to day operations of the salon.
* Maintain optimal diary management.
* Maintain systems, operations and procedures of the salon.
* Assist clients with their needs through phone, email and social media.
* Having full knowledge of iBrow's customer journey.
* Observing the client journey and making sure it's being adhered to.
Requirements:
* Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment;
* Great communication skills;
* Exceptional time management skills, exhibiting sound judgment, and the ability to multi-task.
* Excellent phone manner.

Pay: €14.00-€15.00 per hour
