We are presently recruiting for a B2B Sales Executive to join our clients, a food company in Tralee, County Kerry. The role focuses on growing sales, managing client relationships, and identifying new opportunities. Approximately 60% of time will be spent visiting clients across Kerry and nearby surrounding areas, with the remainder office-based for reporting, planning, and coordination. Key Responsibilities Develop and grow B2B sales within the food service, retail, and wholesale sectors. Build strong relationships with existing and new clients, ensuring repeat business. Visit customers regularly, present solutions, and negotiate terms. Work with operations to ensure smooth order processing and delivery. Monitor market trends and competitor activity. Achieve and exceed sales targets, KPIs, and revenue goals. Report on sales activity and pipeline. Requirements 2+ years B2B sales experience (food/FMCG preferred). Strong commercial, negotiation, and presentation skills. Proficiency in SAP, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office. Self-motivated, target-driven, and flexible. Full clean driving licence, willingness to travel. Salary in the region of €35 - €45,000, company vehicle and associated perks.
