Our client is an established builder and developer seeking a Regional Building Operations Manager to oversee all building works in the Midwest region. This role involves leading and coordinating a team of project managers, site managers, engineers, and foremen, working closely with the commercial team. The successful candidate will report directly to the Group COO.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee all building projects in the Midwest region
- Lead and coordinate a team including project managers, site managers, engineers, and foremen
- Work closely with the commercial team
- Report to Group COO
Qualifications:
- 15+ years post-graduate experience with reputable building contractors and/or developers
- Successfully delivered large-scale building projects worth €20 M+
- Experience across various sectors including residential, industrial, life sciences, education, and healthcare.
