Construction Manager/Supervisor - Ireland, Dublin - 12 Month Contract
Our client, a global pharmaceutical company, are looking for aConstruction Manager/Supervisor to join their team. The company has grown to become a world leader in the development, manufacture, and marketing of innovative pharmaceutical products to alleviate some of the world’s biggest health problems.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities for this role include, but are not limited to, the following:
* Manage co-ordination of construction works on site.
* Assess Construction management plans on site
* Fully understand and manage scopes of work, schedules and cost variations.
* Maintain control of the site to ensure the site is maintained in a safe work area.
* Manage works on site that the PM's hands over to CM.
* Vendor and Stakeholder management
* Participate in Weekly construction meetings Updates
Desirable Experience:
* Extensive experience as Construction Manager/Supervisor
* brownfield/greenfield project experience
* must be able to be onsite 5 days a week
