The primary objective of this position is to oversee and coordinate the activities of a production team to ensure efficient and quality output.
* Team Organisation and Production Planning: Coordinating the production team's activities to manufacture products on schedule and in a safe and efficient manner.
* Initiating and Driving Process Improvements: Identifying areas for process enhancements and implementing changes to improve efficiency, quality, and productivity.
* Resource Optimisation: Allocating resources effectively, including personnel, equipment, time, maintenance, and calibration, to achieve optimal production outcomes.
