About the Role
As a seasoned data historian professional, you will play a pivotal role in driving our manufacturing operations forward. Your expertise will be instrumental in collecting, processing, and visualizing real-time data across the enterprise, ensuring seamless integration of shop floor systems.
The ideal candidate will possess strong technical skills, including experience with Aveva PI system administration and content development. A working knowledge of computer systems validation, reporting, and query tools is also essential. Familiarity with Java scripts, angular, and IBM Maximo (or other Asset Management solutions) is highly desirable.
We are looking for a hands-on individual who can investigate and troubleshoot database/application issues effectively. Your ability to create and review design specifications, drawings, and project documents will be valuable assets in this role.
This position requires a Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline, with a minimum of 5-8 years of related experience or a Master's degree and 2-5 years of equivalent industry experience. A PhD with 0-2 years of experience is also considered.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop, implement, and support Aveva PI and other solutions for industrial operations.
* Design and interface additional data sources with Aveva PI.
* Lead data historian projects and internal/external resources, develop and manage project schedules.
* Provide administrative support, development, testing, and validation for the system IBM Maximo.
